Camella fast-tracks Mintal development project

CAMELLA is fast tracking development of its ambitious residential project in Mintal called Camella Cerritos by starting house construction in the fourth quarter of the year.
With all permits and licenses secured, Camella Cerritos’ land development has been in full swing, completing 35 percent in just two months. This momentum is set to escalate towards the yearend as over 100 homes are ready for construction in this Mediterranean-inspired master plan community.
“We develop our projects very fast; our buyers do not have to wait for two to three years for the roads and facilities to be finished. With the entire budget for Camella Cerritos already earmarked, its massive development will take off within the year,” Marlon B. Escalicas, Camella Davao general manager, said..

As the land development in Camella Cerritos picks up its pace, the roads have been upgraded by using six inches of concrete and elevated up to one meter higher. Drainage system is carefully planned to rule out flooding and essential trees are preserved and will be augmented to keep the environment lush and make Camella Cerritos a green, healthy community.
Camella’s vision for Cerritos as a self sustaining community will soon take shape, as the its commercial group is on the final stages of planning a commercial area with a mall as a centerpiece located right in front of the subdivision.
The commercial development will cater primarily to Camella Cerritos, complementing its superior facilities and amenities and making it a city within a city.
