Camella steps up land development of Mintal project

CAMELLA Cerritos, the master planned subdivision project of Camella in Mintal, Davao City, has now completed 75 percent of its land development in its first phase and is now developing its second phase.

Land development in first phase is expected to be finished in October while second phase is slated for completion within the year. House construction is projected to commence within October in areas ready for development.

To allow prospective homebuyers to see how their future homes will look like, the model houses and its showcase area are also currently being developed simultaneous with the land development currently in full swing.

“We are carefully fast tracking development of Camella Cerritos, building everything we promised in this Mediterranean-inspired community. We don’t make empty promises; we always deliver,” Marlon B. Escalicas, general manager of Camella Davao, said.

Camella is also putting up the subdivision’s perimeter fence to seal and secure the entire property, defining the subdivision’s sprawling nine hectares of prime land along Mintal Highway.

A marketing showcase at the main entrance of the subdivision will soon rise in October, complete with a sales office, signage, and board-up, set amid stunning landscaping that Camella is known for. The office will make it easier for homebuyers to make inquiries and visit on site.

The subdivision will have an upscale appeal, with its clubhouse, swimming pool, parks and pocket gardens, playground, multi-purpose courts, shuttle service and 24/7 security system. Homeowners will have everything they need to live a quiet, enjoyable life within the community.
