CAMELLA Communities, a subsidiary of the country’s largest homebuilder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, will go full blast in its development of its newest subdivision project in Mintal, Davao City.
Camella will undertake this year a massive housing construction at the most strategic location in Mintal, right along the national highway and near major locators in the area, such as Philippine Science High School, UP Mindanao, Immaculate Conception Church, Iglesia ni Kristo, Mintal Public Market, among others.
It is a short ride or driving distance to schools such as Ateneo de Davao University Grade School Campus, Philippine Women’s College, Mindanao Christian College & Seminary, and other private schools in the Matina area.
It is also a few minutes’ drive to major malls and departments stores, such as the NCCC Mall, SM City Davao, Makro, and Centerpoint, and public utilities such as Matina Wet Market, Seventh Day Adventist Hospital, and Davao Doctors Hospital.
This project promises to be another bestselling for Camella with its mid-priced range within reach of many homebuyers, and will transform this part of uptown Davao’s once-sleepy landscape into a vibrant and breathtaking vista.
Camella’s Mintal project will be a Mediterranean-inspired, 15-hectare development of affordable residential homes spread over nine hectares of property, while the remaining three hectares will be allocated for commercial development.
This residential project will have two storey homes, bungalow houses, and low priced town homes with well-appointed amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool, open parks and playgrounds, tree-lined pathways, grand entrance gate with CCTV hooked up to its 24/7 security system, perimeter fence and shuttle service.
It will be a convenient and attractive residential location for those looking to live outside the hustle and bustle and congestion of downtown Davao, because Camella will be creating not only affordable and quality houses but a masterplan development that will become a self-sustaining community, like a little uptown city.
“Not only that, the homeowners will get to enjoy their own commercial area that will complement the residential development,” Marlon B. Escalicas, Camella Communities Davao general manager, said.
Escalicas said plans for the commercial area include a mall or a supermarket, with commercial shops and other establishments which will provide a convenient and comfortable lifestyle that will enhance the feel good living of its homeowners.
