CAMELLA Northpoint, the landmark condo development in Davao City of Camella, is projected to start construction of its 3rd tower, Nottingham, towards the end of the year to give the city its first 10-storey condominium building.
With the unprecedented selling out of the first two buildings, Manchester and Birmingham, Camella opened Nottingham to meet the continuing influx of homebuyers who want to call Northpoint their home.
Nottingham has three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio units, all available with easy financing schemes such as 24 months down payment term, or as low as P13,208 monthly payment. Big discounts are also given to spot cash or spot down payment buyers. Bank financing is available at BDO and Unionbank where Northpoint is accredited. For inquiries, call Camella at 222-0963, 222-5221, 222-5223 and 0917-857-6572.
This condo community holds the distinction of having the most sought-after premier address in the city. Its location is one of its most desirable selling points, being situated on elevated land at the junction of J. P. Laurel Avenue and Buhangin Road, two of Davao’s major thoroughfares.
Northpoint is only a short drive or commute to modern business complexes, commercial centers, supermarkets, department stores, and retail and shopping areas.
It is a few minutes away from a newly opened high-end mall, which is part of a large multi-use development along Bajada, and another mall of a nationwide chain in Lanang currently undergoing construction.
It is proximate to public utilities such as water and power companies, international airport, seaport, public and private hospitals, telecommunication companies, public markets, school and universities, churches, and jump off points to white beach resorts in neighboring Samal Island. Practically everything an individual or a family needs is within stone’s throw away, allowing them to enjoy the conveniences of modern condo living.
Northpoint is the only condo development in Davao that has wide, open spaces made greener by preserved Acacia trees, open parks, well-manicured lawns, and Caribbean pine trees imported from New Zealand.
The first batch transplanted over a year ago will be augmented by another P2 million worth of these all-weather pine trees, making Northpoint a cool, pine-scented haven in the middle of north Davao’s emerging urban landscape.
Northpoint gives its homeowners unparalleled good living with its world-class facilities and amenities, showcased by its clubhouse, Wakefield Manor, that houses a multi-purpose hall, fitness gym, alfresco coffee shop, cabanas, grill pits, playground, pocket gardens, and a saltwater swimming pool, the first of its kind in Davao.
Northpoint is the first vertical project in Mindanao of Camella, a subsidiary of the largest homebuilder in the country, Vista Land and Lifescapes.
