WITH a growing market in Cebu, a real estate company has decided to cover more ground by splitting its main office into two groups.
Officials of Camella Communities Cebu visited Sun.Star Cebu recently and revealed new projects they are opening to offer to Cebuanos in the north and south of the province as they split their Cebu office last April 1.
Aside from their expanding market, they also felt having two locations would be more convenient for their clients. They will be soon unveil a housing project in Barangay Can-asujan, Carcar and a condominium-type development in Barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City within the year.
Construction of their Carcar development will begin by the last quarter, said Jasmin Alviola, business development manager.
Alviola said they are offering bungalow and two-story houses with a price range of P683,245 to P1.3 million. She added that these are pre-development prices. They hope to complete 642 units in the eight-hectare development in two years.
Alviola said the development is accessible some 1.7-kilometers from the highway in Barangay Perrelos and 1.9 kilometers from the highway via Liburon.
She urged buyers from the south to reserve lots early, saying they get the advantage of choosing the lots at a pre-development stage.
Camella will also launch their three-storey walk-up condominium project in Lapu-Lapu City.
Myra Lynn Gilig, general manager, said these units are best for those working in Lapu-Lapu City and foreigners who are looking for condos near resorts.
Gilig said the project is best for those who like the condominum lifestyle but do not want to feel like they are living in a very urban setting.
By next month, Camella also hopes to open their main gate fronting the South Coastal Road, featuring their commercial area called Azienda Roma.
