Savannah Iloilo: A Nice Place to Invest

February 10, 2012 § Leave a comment

Last January 28, 2012 we were invited by Tita Inday (My wife’s aunt) in her birthday party at Savannah in Jiboa-an, Pavia, Iloilo City. This is not my first time to enter this subdivision but my first time to explore the whole village. Although my wife is connected with Camella Communities and she is selling units from this housing project, i never really expected the beauty of this place.

After the lunch, i had nothing to do because they are still busy chikahan (talking with their family members), i take the time to stroll around the village.

I like the warming welcome of the security guards once you enter the village, they tried to greet you and give a hand salute. I like the main entrance, it is highlighted by the monumental and majestic Victorian styled tower.

I also got a chance to see the Central Park, this place has a swimming pool, a Pavilion to host events, and children’s playground.

A nice, clean, and quite place…

There are different locations of Savannah houses inside this community, the Crest, Glen, Trails, and Glades. I guess it differs on the house models, and the Price.

If you are interested to invest, they offer a free site tour. You can visit the Camella Communities Iloilo Website for inquiries.
