Camella fetes top agents at hi-end resort

For hitting their targets last month, 12 business directors, sales managers, and agents exclusively selling Camella projects were rewarded with “Tara! Pearl Farm Tayo”, an all-expense-paid day tour at the world-class beach resort last June 9.
Camella Davao sent to Pearl Farm Beach Resort business directors Anne Meryl Alderite, Teresita Gonzaga, and Merlita Romero, division managers Vismenda Alderite and Jose Roselier Romero, and property executives Humphrey King Romero, Angel Paña, James Austria, Eula Austria, Cielito Calabria, Heidi Alderite and Marialita Pamonag.
“There’s nothing like lazying at the beach, enjoying good food, and dipping in an eternity pool in a lush, high-end resort. Clearly, Camella knows how to reward its agents,” remarked Angel Pana.
Accompanying the 12 were Camella Davao marketing staff Stephanie Palanca and administrative head Sheila Lara who both made sure everyone was feted with the best service and enjoyed his/her reward to the fullest.
This luxury resort day tour is an example of the many perks given to loyal and top performing brokers of Camella. Last year, Camella Davao sent its top business director, Teresita Gonzaga, to join over 70 others on an all-expense paid, luxury Asian cruise complete with pocket money and VIP treatment courtesy of Vista Land & Lifescapes.
Camella also sent its outstanding business directors last year to a three-day stay in Manila touring the different high-end developments of Vista Land as well as for some rest and recreation. In this year’s 2nd quarter incentive program, Camella will give away substantial prizes and giveaways such as cash, LCD TVs, expensive wristwatches, branded bags and perfumes, and the latest electronic gadgets.
Those who already received their rewards through the ‘Wow sa Tag-araw’ promo were Teresita Gonzaga (32 inch Samsung LCD TV), Angel Pana and Humphrey King Romero (Ipod Touch), and Merlita Romero (Whirlpool Microwave). Those who will hit their 2nd quarter target will receive their prizes towards the end of June.
“More sizable incentives and promos, such as cash incentives and travel to exciting destinations, await our loyal and exclusive sales networks for the rest of the year,” revealed Marlon B. Escalicas, Camella Davao GM. He added that Camella’s rewards program is designed to uplift the lifestyle of their business partners.
“We have exceeded targets for the 1st half of 2011 and are set to double our sales this year with winning projects like Camella Northpoint in Bajada and Camella Cerritos in Mintal. With this, our sales networks stand to gain more rewards in the near future,” said Escalicas.
