CAMELLA Homes recently switched on Christmas lights in its landmark development project in Barangay Campetic, Palo, Leyte, resembling the home developer’s commitment to innovation.

Homeowners and sales team gathered to witness the lit up ceremony.

Geraldine Gascon-Garcia, Camella-Leyte general manager, said that it is one way to help home owners and even passersby feel the spirit of Christmas.

More than the symbol of festive flair, blinking Christmas lights at Camella Leyte symbolizes the home developer’s quest to be a “guiding light” in innovations, she said.

“We want to set directions to our communities in building decent and affordable homes for the families in Eastern Visayas,” she said.

Camella-Leyte was the first Vista Land project. The first phase unveiled in 2010, was a nine-hectare property with more than 300 houses. With the very good market in Eastern Visayas, Camella is now expanding to its second phase, building 170 more units in three hectares.

Construction is also ongoing in Camella-Ormoc, a four-hectare housing site designed for 300 units.

Last week, Camella unveiled Lessandara home series for Camella Palo, which will be constructed next year.
