WITH over 150 houses built and a hundred more being constructed, Cerritos, the Mediterranean-inspired subdivision project of masterplan developer Camella, is now a liveable community.
It has also completed its land development, with its road network already established and fully concreted, and amenities that homeowners can already enjoy.
“When looking for a new home, wise homebuyers don’t look only at the house itself, but also the facilities and amenities, the whole neighborhood, and at the developer’s reputation,” said Anna Mae dela Pena, Camella Davao marketing head, adding that it’s the whole sense of community and good living that attracts most buyers.
“Bolstering the liveability factor of Cerritos are its deluxe amenities, such as the Parko Alberto, the Forro Verdi, and the crown jewel of the subdivision, the Villa Romana clubhouse,” dela Pena revealed.
Parko Alberto is an open tree park that provides a vista of green within the community, enhancing an already verdant landscape of green grass, trees, and other plant life.
Forro Verdi is the central open space at the heart of the subdivision, where homeowners can hang out, enjoy the beauty of nature, and revel in the wide, expansive space. It is inspired from the Foro (forum), the center of Roman public life.
There are also quaint piazzas, parkos, and pocket gardens for more natural, open recreational points, including an interactive playground for kids and those young at heart.
More recreational sports can be enjoyed at the basketball court, jogging trails, and a good-sized swimming pool where homeowners can have a refreshing dip in its cool waters.
At the heart of Cerritos is the well-appointed clubhouse called Villa Romana, a single-storey structure that can host special occasions and other social gatherings, enhancing the community life of its homeowners.
“That’s not all. There is going to be a commercial plaza located at the front of Cerritos, where homeowners only need a brief stroll to get to and enjoy the shops, stores, and other commercial spots,” dela Pena said.
The commercial project is expected to stimulate growth in this part of Mintal, turning it into a self-contained area ideal for good living. It will also allow Cerritos to become a self-sustaining community, where its homeowners can enjoy its world-class facilities and amenities, and the convenience of getting everything they need from the commercial center a few steps away.
Camella Cerritos is a master-planned residential development that has an upscale appeal but is offered at mid-price range, clearly a wise home choice for all types of homebuyers.
