It has always been the average Filipinos’ dream to own a home. Here at Camella Dumaguete, wishes do come true. It is time to live your dream and enjoy the privileges of blissful living.

Beautiful

The setting alone sets it apart. Camella Dumaguete is set amidst a backdrop of the magnificent Negros Oriental Twin Peaks, better known as Cuernos de Negros – a majestic mountain range that is a pride of the region.
The year 2012 marked greater additions to the site. The Grand Gate, with its intricate design and massive appeal, heightens your sense of pride the minute you enter this beautiful community.

Privileged residents will enjoy state-of-the-art amenities and facilities; such as Carribean pine trees and the Pavilion, a pleasant garden gazebo that beckons family and friends to get together.

More amenities will be added in 2013; such as the neighborhood parks and playground, that will add more reasons to spend quality time with your loved ones.
Affordable

Camella Dumaguete has raised the bar in home development and has captured the Dumaguete market.

It is backed by a reliable developer as the subsidiary catering to the mid-market segment of Vista Land & Lifescapes, the country’s largest homebuilder. It has 37 years of experience, built more than 250,000 homes and maintains a strong presence in Mega Manila and 28 other key provincial destinations and 56 cities and municipalities, while aggressively expanding to other regions.

Dumaguete townsfolk were surprised to see that these exquisite homes are well within their reach.

The Camella Dumaguete Community continues to grow as a family in its second anniversary. Several fun-filled events were done in 2012.

The Camella family had a great time in the Philippine Call Center Institute Job Fair & Fun Run last November. Several buyers’ nights strengthened bonds and two successful buyers’ days were held at Bo’s Coffee. At Christmas, there was an incredible Christmas lighting event.

More activities are at the pipeline for 2013! Let’s start with our 2nd anniversary on February 16, 2013 with the launch of the new Parks & Playground!

Mother’s Day gifts money can’t buy

It’s very easy to make mothers happy. In fact, you don’t need lavish, expensive gifts to make your mother glow with joy. Here are some tips shared by the Camella Dumaguete family to make Mother’s Day super special.

Breakfast in Bed. Surprise your mother right at the start of her day! Cook up a simple breakfast of eggs, scrambled or sunny side up, bacon, ham or sausage with rice or sliced bread on the side. Pair them with a cup of hot coffee or cold juice drink then present them in a tray complete with a bunch of flowers!

Alone Time. Then treat her with a quiet and restful morning. Roll in the TV set so she can watch her favorite show or video or tell her to enjoy a whole list of favorite songs. Plop in a book that she had never had time to finish reading then leave her in her room with a promise never to be disturbed! Chores Free. As she relaxes, promise her all chores for the day are as good as done. Daddy will bring the clothes to the Laundromat. Junior will mop the floor and Inday will do the groceries and cook lunch.

Family Time. Then invite her to a family activity where all will enjoy a great bonding time. On May 12, Saturday, visit Camella Dumaguete office at G/F Plaza Milagros Bldg., Gov. Perdices St. Dumaguete City to avail of special giveaways for mothers who will celebrate with us. There would be food and entertainment and a special promo for reservations done on this day. Please call (035) 421-0911 for details.

Green enhances Life!

June 24, 2012 § Leave a comment

April 22, 2012

We all know plants and trees offer many benefits, but have you seen actual figures to prove this? Camella Dumaguete shares with you these facts that prove that greens enhance life!

Workers with a view of natural elements, such as trees and flowers, experienced less job pressure, were more satisfied with their jobs and reported fewer ailments and headaches than those who either had no outside view or could only see built elements from their windows.

In one study of college students under stress from an exam, views of plants increased positive feelings and reduced fear and anger.

Green spaces also contribute to a healthier environment and foster a sense of community, making them particularly valuable in inner-city neighborhoods. One tree can remove 26 pounds of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere annually, equaling 11,000 miles of car emissions; and releases enough oxygen each day to supply a family of four.

Landscape plants, including shrubs and turf, remove smoke, dust, and other pollutants from the air.

One study showed that 1 acre of trees has the ability to remove 13 tons of particles and gases annually. Landscaping is a must in any home development. See how Camella Dumaguete raises the bar in terms of community standards of living. Pine trees will soon abound in this pleasant and peaceful community. Trellises will soon be awash with lush vines and blooms. And all over the neighborhood are beautifully landscaped gardens. These serve as perfect backdrops to the new Ready For Occupancy (RFO) houses that will soon rise in this beautiful community.

As Dumaguete City’s newest tourist attraction and premier address, Camella Dumaguete along Palinpinon Road is dotted with Carribean pine trees, lush gardens, pocket parks and meditation ponds set against a magnificent view of the Cuernos de Negros, a majestic mountain range.
