WITH over 150 houses built and a hundred more being constructed, Cerritos, the Mediterranean-inspired subdivision project of masterplan developer Camella, is now a liveable community.

CAMELLA is seeking more expansion in Mindanao this year.
In a press conference Saturday at the Mandaya Hotel Davao, Cnythia Villar said the family business will be expanding its coverage in Valencia, Marbel in South Cotabato and Ozamis City for this year.
Villar said they will be building low-rise infrastructures in Mindanao catering to most middle-class clients.
The investment for every Camella is amounting to over P100 million, she said.
In Metro Manila, she said they have high-rise and low-rise buildings catering to upper and middle-class families.
Based on her assessment, the middle-class families in the city are not yet ready for high-rise condominiums. (ALC)

At around seven o’ clock in the evening of last December 8, Camella Davao lit up two of its landmark developments in Davao City and one in Tagum City.
At the Camella Northpoint on JP Laurel, Escalicas said a commercial complex will also be developed within the 2.8-hectare property.
“We will allot around 8,000 square meters for the commercial complex which will feature a French fine dine restaurant, condotel, spa and wellness amenities,” he said.
The mansion was owned by a Scotsman who died without heirs.
