Crown Asia, a subsidiary of Vista Land and Lifescapes—the biggest home builder of quality homes in the Philippines, is widely reputed as a forerunner in building theme-inspired homes and communities that cater to society’s middle and upper income segment.

One of the reasons for all the acclaim is that the company goes out of its way to ensure that its patrons, who have chosen to live within the abodes that it offers, enjoy their success.

“Crown Asia is synonymous with ‘luxury homes for celebrating family life,’” said Crown Asia chief operating officer Mary Lee Sadiasa.  “We acknowledge the need of our clients to express their new standard of living. We also recognize the hardships they’ve been through to get this far, which is why we ensure that every moment they spend within their home is quality time by seeking ways to improve our homeowners’ standard of living through a community of uncompromised quality.”

use of architectural designs and stylized landscapes inspired by international communities, quality materials, secure surroundings, and wide open spaces—all of which are meant to enhance the time that families spend together.  “We offer beautifully designed communities situated in and around Metro Manila, including Bulacan in Luzon, Cebu and Iloilo in the Visayas and Davao in Mindanao. Each home is a classic, distinct and reflects exceptional standards of excellence and workmanship,” Sadiasa shared.

Knowing its clients and their needs is certainly something that Crown Asia has figured out as the company has been in the business for 16 years, proof of which are the 29 projects it has completed in that time.

In 1995, Crown Asia was formed with La Marea in San Pedro, Laguna, as its first project. In the following year, it embarked on Granwood Villas at Quezon City; Cottonwoods at Antipolo City; La Mediterranea at Dasmariñas, Cavite; Maia Alta at Antipolo City; Provence at Malolos, Bulacan; Venezia at Las Piñas; Pasadena at Cebu; Savannah Crest at Iloilo; and Solariega at Davao.

Three more projects were launched in 1997: Citta Italia at Bacoor, Cavite; La Brea at Quezon City; and Residenza at Bacoor, Cavite. These were followed by Augustine Grove at Dasmariñas, Cavite, in 2001; and Fortezza at Cabuyao; Laguna; Mia Vita at Antipolo City; Vita Toscana at Bacoor, Cavite; Beacon Place at Moonwalk, Las Piñas City; and Vivace at Imus, Cavite, from 2003 to 2004.   2005 saw the creation of Amalfi at Dasmariñas, Cavite; Amici at Daang Hari, Alabang; Woodberry at Antipolo City; and Valenza at Sta. Rosa, Laguna.  In 2006, Beacon Place, Naga Road at Las Piñas City; Vittoria at Bacoor, Cavite; Ponticelli at Daang Hari, Alabang; and Mille Luce at Antipolo City. In 2008, Carmel at Bacoor, Cavite; and Marina Heights at Sucat, Parañaque, were launched.

The company exceeded industry expectations and its achievements have earned it the 2004 Yearend Excellence Award for Top Real Estate Company of the Year, the 2005 Philippine Marketing Excellence Award for Most Outstanding Residential Real Estate Company and the 2006 Gold Trusted Brand Award for Property Developer of the Philippines .

Crown Asia ’s latest developments continue to attract new homeowners and these are:

Ponticelli—A sprawling, Italian-inspired haven that is an integral part of the new Evia City, Cavite ’s new master-planned metropolis that gathers the best of the world and sets it amid verdant spaces, where diverse influences create life and variety. Ponticelli is just minutes away from the business and leisure centers of the South like Alabang and Makati.

Valenza—A community located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, right in the heart of the South’s newest elegant enclave known as Sta. Elena City. Valenza is a masterpiece inspired by the rustic beauty of rural Italy, set amid a resort town that offers all the conveniences of the big city such as topnotch schools, prestigious hospitals and trendy malls—all just a walk away.

Marina Heights—A charming neighborhood in Sucat, Muntinlupa, that evokes American elegance, beauty and sophistication. Part of the exclusive master-planned Lakefront community that’s touted to be the next CBD, Marina Heights is set by the shores of picturesque Laguna de Bay—mere minutes from Metro Manila’s business districts, airports and entertainment centers.

“Success has its rewards and we can truly say that Crown Asia serves as the perfect crowning glory of those who have made it—those who have arrived,” Sadiasa emphatically said.
